Rayhaneh Sharif-Askary, Director of Investor Relations and Business Development at Grayscale Investments, leads efforts in generating new inflows into the firm’s suite of digital currency investment trusts and manages its investor base of family offices, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, and high net-worth individuals. Since joining in 2018, Ray has helped raise billions in new capital into Grayscale’s products.
Previously, Ray was a Director of the Leveraged Finance Distribution group at UBS. She graduated magna cum laude from Duke and was named as one of Business Insider’s 2020 Rising Stars of Wall Street.

Celisa Morin leads Platform Distribution at Grayscale Investments, providing private banks and wealth management platforms access to Grayscale’s investment products, education and resources. Previously, Celisa was Chief Commercial Officer at Tokenomy, a Singapore-based cryptocurrency exchange.  Prior to working in the digital currency space, Celisa’s background was in traditional finance and law, as a Private Banker with J.P. Morgan and a lawyer with Howrey LLP.  She received a BA from Pepperdine University, MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and JD with Honors from Boston University School of Law.
