US News and World Report named him one of the 2018 Best Lawyers in America and he has been named a Georgia SuperLawyer for the last ten years. John serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Florida College of Law and serves as a Founding Director of the Florida Tax Institute. John was Founding Editor of the NAEPC Journal of Estate and Tax Planning and was Co-Editor of CCH's Practical Estate Planning. He is author of over 260 published articles. obtaining ideas that they can immediately apply to their client representations.
