Stephanie is the owner and founder of Golden Goose Wealth Planning in Grand Rapids Michigan. Stephanie is a CFP® professional who believes finances don't have to be complicated. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals. Stephanie is a board member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) of Michigan. During her time on the board, she has sat on the education, NexGen, mentorship, and symposium committee. Stephanie is also the current FPA of Michigan's President-Elect. Stephanie has a huge passion for helping university students and career changers enter the financial planning profession.
Matt Fizell, CFP®
Associate Planner and Operations Manager
Matt Fizell is a CFP® who currently practices as an Associate Planner and Operations Manager for an RIA in Dallas, TX. Prior to joining his current firm, Matt operated his own virtual paraplanning business where he was at one point working with four different RIAs, each using their own variety of FinTech to produce financial plans with their clients. This experience fueled Matt's passion for understanding processes and finding technological solutions to the everyday problems present not only in the workplace, but also to improve the overall client experience we provide as financial planners.
Mike Kerins, CFA, FRM

Mike Kerins, CFA, FRM, is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of RobustWealth. Prior to RobustWealth, Mike spent eight years at Franklin Templeton, where he managed an investment team overseeing a global portfolio of assets equaling $40 billion. He also served as the head of asset class research and has expertise spanning strategic and tactical asset allocation, portfolio construction, target date strategies and liquid alternatives. Mike is a CFA® charter holder as well as a certified Financial Risk Manager. He holds a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado and has a certificate in Computational Finance from the University of Washington.
Rachel Elson, CFP®

Rachel Elson, CFP® is a wealth advisor at Perigon Wealth Management. Before joining Perigon, she was a longtime personal finance journalist – most recently as the No. 2 editor at MONEY, but also at Financial Planning magazine, CBS MoneyWatch, and MSN Money.
Rachel serves on the board of So Percussion and is a frequent volunteer with Project Open Hand and Habitat for Humanity. She graduated from University of Pennsylvania and is a San Francisco resident, a longtime runner, and a voracious consumer of music, theater, and culture – all of which she hopes to return to once the pandemic is behind us.
