Turning Insight Into Action: What Financial Planning Firms Can Learn from the 2019 FA People and Pay Study

Product not yet rated

Join the TD Ameritrade Institutional benchmarking team for an in-depth look at the 2019 FA Insight People and Pay study, as they share the trends, insights, and best practices employed by the industry's top performing standout firms. The goal of the study is to understand how firms are “best leveraging and optimizing their greatest asset – people,” and this year’s results reflect the changing composition of advisory firms by looking deeper into diversity trends, productivity, employee engagement, and developing owners. In addition to seeing how their  firm “stacks up,” financial planners will learn more about tracking KPIs, organization design and staffing, cultivating great talent, and other findings they can apply to their own business.
