Lily’s journey into finance was deeply influenced by her personal experiences. After losing her father at the age of 14, she witnessed her mother’s strength and resilience as a single parent. Motivated to make a positive impact, Lily began her career in finance while still in college.  Lily earned her Bachelor of Social Sciences degree with honors in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of California, Irvine. She holds multiple financial securities licenses, along with the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation.  Lily is also fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Hakka.

Keith Kim, CFP®, ChFC®, CEPA  is the co-founder of OnGen Financial, a firm dedicated to guiding clients through important and unfamiliar financial decisions. "OnGen," meaning "sound and complete" in Korean, reflects his commitment to principled guide and creative growth. As the first generation immigrant who witnessed his father’s journey from academia to entrepreneurship to support their family, Keith deeply understands the challenges and aspirations of small business owners. His passion for financial planning goes beyond serving clients—he has also contributed to the profession as the Director of the DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Committee for the Financial Planning Association of Georgia.
