Stephanie Trexler, CFP®

Stephanie is the owner and founder of Golden Goose Wealth Planning in Grand Rapids Michigan. Stephanie is a CFP® professional who believes finances don't have to be complicated. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals. Stephanie is a board member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) of Michigan.  During her time on the board, she has sat on the education, NexGen, mentorship, and symposium committee. Stephanie is also the current FPA of Michigan's President-Elect. Stephanie has a huge passion for helping university students and career changers enter the financial planning profession.

Daniel Yerger, MBA, CFP®, ChFC®, AIF®, CDFA®

Daniel M. Yerger, MBA, CFP®, ChFC®, AIF®, CDFA® is the President of MY Wealth Planners®, a fee-only financial planning firm in Longmont, CO, and a Ph.D. in Personal Financial Planning student with Kansas State University, whose research focuses on financial planning fee models and efficacy for clients.

Cody Garrett

Cody Garrett is an alumnus of the University of Houston and Berklee College of Music, where he majored in music theory and contemporary piano performance. He then worked as a professional musician for 8 years before developing an interest in financial planning. He completed the CFP education program at Rice University and switched careers to work full time as a comprehensive financial planner in 2018. With tax efficiency as a core planning area, Cody plans to achieve the Enrolled Agent designation this year. 

Cody's passion is to help families translate complex financial topics into simplified language and a measurable action plan. Outside of work, Cody writes educational articles on MeasureTwiceMoney.com to help DIY members of the financial independence community "keep finance personal" and avoid one-size-fits-all financial advice.

Garrett Jackson

A small-town boy from Cedar Point, KS, Garrett Jackson identified what he wants out of his future. As a student at Kansas State in the Personal Financial Planning Department Garrett has taken on leadership roles inside and outside the classroom, representing the program in multiple competitions and as an officer for the Financial Planning Association of Kansas State University (FPA K-State). Competitions include the Society of Financial Services Professionals Career Research Essay and the FPA/Ameriprise Financial Planning Challenge, where he and his team(s) placed 5th nationally. While serving as President of FPA K-State, Garrett has promoted student engagement with both industry professionals and students. Garrett has been nominated for the Excellence in Leadership award by the program and will graduate Cum Laude in May 2021. After graduation Garrett will start with The Trust Company, an independent Trust & Wealth Management company located in Manhattan, KS in the role of Financial Planner. Garrett plans to sit his CFP® exam during the November testing cycle. His long-term career goal is to provide comprehensive financial planning services to producers in the agriculture industry.
